After your purchase is confirmed, you need to email Hot Wheels Collectors Events at hwevents.info@gmail.com. You must include the following information for each ticket purchased:
Name
Hot Wheels Newsletter (HWN) number (if applicable)
Email address
City and State
This information is required to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide this information with us by Wednesday Dec. 31 at 10am will result in your ticket being refunded.
Children 12 qualify for a free ticket (one per paid adult). Free kids’ tickets are NOT eligible to buy souvenir cars or other items, dinner tickets, any of the Charity events, Vending Machine pulls or to receive a goody bag or the free Finale car. Tickets are limited to one per person. Orders cannot be processed for those who do not include all the required information. You may purchase an adult ticket for a child.
Ticket sales will be open to ANYONE, but are limited to three tickets per person.
